Here at Hostus Hosting Service, our goal is to provide you with everything you need to be successful.  We understand, however, that sometimes things don't work quite as you plan or there may be features you need help setting up for your website.  As always, we are happy to answer any questions you may have through our technical support channels; however, we do ask that you consult the Frequently Asked Questions and our Online Owners Manual before you contact Technical Support.

Technical support is limited to problems with our server or programs and scripts provided by Hostus.  We do not provide technical support for any 3rd party software or scripts.
